Electrical Engineer
Location: Plainfield, IL
Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:
Use SolidWorks Electrical to create full schematic packages, panel layouts, and bills of material.
Design and program PLCs (B&R, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Automation Direct, Omron, and Modicon).
Specify components for project requirements in machines and automated equipment.
Wire and troubleshoot various types of machinery and automation systems.
Occasionally travel (around 10%) to troubleshoot and repair equipment in the field.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a courteous demeanor with customers and coworkers.
Have a 4-year degree in electrical engineering (preferred).
Demonstrate a working knowledge of servo drive systems.
Be proficient in programming languages (VB Basic, VB .Net, C++, ANSI C, and Structured Text).
Possess familiarity with NFPA 79 (a significant plus).
