Job Description
Location: Peachtree City,GA
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Salary:$100k-$120k/yr.

- Explore and implement new automation methods and systems
- Design, test, and program automation equipment and processes
- Troubleshoot equipment and improve machine/process performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
- Lead discussions with leadership to define goals and capabilities
- Support day-to-day operations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Upgrade existing automation technology and components
- Deliver accurate, timely project updates and documentation
- Assist and support other facilities as needed
- Participate in capital planning and project implementation
- Research and introduce new equipment, processes, and technologies to reduce costs and improve quality
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in automation or a related field
- Strong proficiency with automation equipment and system testing
- Demonstrated project management capabilities
- Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate across departments and lead initiatives
