We have been working with a heavy hitting manufacturer of large overhead cranes related equipment on bringing in an Electrical Engineer to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to step into a flourishing company that is looking to bring on engineers that emphasizes professional development.

Location: Houston, TX (Potential For Hybrid)  
$$$$$: 75-95k
Type of Co: Crane Manufacturer
Type of Role: Direct Hire 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers, service technicians, and other departments
  • Research and define manufacturing problems (shop or field)
  • Prepare and communicate solutions with necessary personnel
  • Prepare single line diagrams, panel layouts, and interconnect drawings
  • Utilize schematics or customer-provided information
  • Size and specify selected purchase components/BOMs
  • Suggest improvements that enhance functionality or reduce costs
  • Modify or improve existing circuit designs
  • Address field problems, material obsolescence, or other defined issues


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • At least one year of experience in Electrical Engineering
  • CAD experience a must
