Job Summary:

As a Electrical Engineer with an Electrical Professional Engineer License, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and execution of cutting-edge battery, solar, and renewables projects. Your expertise in electrical engineering, combined with your knowledge of PV Case and ETAP software, will be instrumental in ensuring the success and sustainability of our ventures. You will be responsible for the technical aspects of projects, from initial design to commissioning, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver clean and efficient energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the electrical design and engineering efforts for battery storage, solar, and renewables projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed project specifications, plans, and timelines.
· Utilize PV Case and ETAP software to model and analyze electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
· Conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, and energy performance analyses to support project development.
· Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and team members.
· Lead and participate in engineering reviews and inspections, ensuring high-quality project deliverables.
· Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in battery, solar, and renewables.
· Evaluate and select appropriate electrical components and equipment for projects, considering cost-effectiveness and performance.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
· CA Electrical Professional Engineer License is required.
· 5+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on battery storage, solar, or renewables projects.
· Proficiency in PV Case and ETAP software for electrical system design and analysis.
· Strong knowledge of local and national electrical codes and standards.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
· Project management experience is a plus.
· Knowledge of sustainable energy practices and renewable energy technologies.
