Job Summary:
- Engineer that has electrical and controls engineering for natural gas facilities projects.
Job Duties:
- · Electrical and Controls engineering for Natural Gas Facilities projects· Initiating and maintaining extensive contracts to ensure consistent engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and technological advances· Responsibilities includeo Hazardous Area Classification (HAC) compliance and designo grounding system design,o wiring design and implementation,o electrical diagram and schematic designso P&ID design· Leadership responsibilities to include technical development and mentorship
Qualifications:
- · Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering preferred· 3 + years of experience in electrical engineering within gas facilities or related industries· EIT or Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred· Experience with communication protocols, instrumentation, and controls systems· Effective communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with ETAP, SKM for Arc Flash studies
· Extensive SCADA knowledge
· Extensive working knowledge of NFPA 70 - National Electric Code (NEC)
· Knowledge of command and feedback signals
