Job Description
Position: ERP Software Administrator
Location: Crystal Lake, IL 60014
I am looking for an ERP Software Administrator to lead the upgrade process for an ERP System, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
The ideal candidate will have come from a manufacturing background and have 3+ years of configuration and administration of an ERP system including module configuration, user setup and security.

I am looking for an ERP Software Administrator to lead the upgrade process for an ERP System, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
The ideal candidate will have come from a manufacturing background and have 3+ years of configuration and administration of an ERP system including module configuration, user setup and security.
In this role you will
• Create Business Intelligence reports to support business operations and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Work with cross functional teams to understand their reporting needs and customize reports and data visualization dashboards using PowerBI.
• Develop SSRS reports and work with data.
• Provide ERP end user support, assist with troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues.
• Be expected to stay abreast of the latest in the ERP features and technologies, make recommendations and implement improvements for optimization.
• Provide training for ERP users.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Infor Syteline Administrator, with a successful track record of upgrading from version 9 to version 10.
• SSRS reporting, or experience in DocTrak, Sigmanest, and CadTalk.
• PowerBI, data warehouses, and experience with custom integrations is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
