EHS Coordinator
Job Description
Location: Near Edgewater, NJ
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $95k-$105k/yr.
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement safety systems, policies, and procedures.
- Advise facilities on regulatory compliance and S&E requirements.
- Partner with corporate S&E to develop and execute strategies.
- Assess, prevent, and manage S&E issues and risks.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and investigations.
- Provide leadership and support for S&E initiatives.
- Conduct shop floor inspections and audits.
- Coach and mentor S&E professionals.
- Lead/participate in S&E audits.
- Support initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Undergraduate degree in environmental engineering, occupational safety, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Advanced certification in environmental, health, safety, or related field.
- Completion of OSHA 511 and 501 courses.
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements.
