Title: Drafter
Location: Sparks, MD
Hire Type: Contract to hire
Compensation: $20-22/hour

- Develop equipment layouts and design electrical systems for large-scale utility infrastructure projects.
- Create comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOMs) and construction drawings.
- Manage project timelines and ensure smooth coordination with construction crews, clients, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Possess a deep understanding of power distribution systems and best practices in electrical design.
- Utilize your expertise to research design challenges, propose solutions, and craft detailed recommendations.
- Leverage your proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and AS8 (Asset Suite 8) to produce high-quality electrical design drawings.
- Maintain clear and concise communication (written and oral) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Hold a valid US Driver's License for potential site visits.
- Are passionate about MicroStation design, Associates or equivalent experience
- Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.
