Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual inspired by unlimited income potential to lead our North America Market Entry Division (NAME) Management team. As the leader of the division, you will oversee multiple category/brand managers and ensure efficient operations, administration, client and vendor relations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in food and beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) account management, with existing relationships, who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment.  This is a senior-level position, and our ideal candidate has substantiated experience in an administrative or leadership role directly relevant to our industry.
 

Job Duties:

  • Establish a clear roadmap/plan for New Market Entry (NME) for NAME Division. 
  • Develop and execute North American sales expansion strategy for multiple international consumer brands.
  • Deliver solid strategic approach, connectivity, and sales performance to our Clients’ businesses.  
  • Lead and oversee category/brand managers and ensure efficient operations, administration, client and vendor relations. 
  • Drive lead generation to build a network of customers by influencing decision makers at the Executive, Category, and Store levels.
  • Build strategic initiatives with business owners internally and externally alike.
  • Drive NME readiness efforts: regulatory, localization, product compliance, logistics, and import management. 
  • Manage sales, purchase orders, and supplier set up.
  • Oversee shipping, logistics, product deliveries. 


Qualifications:

  • Experience influencing decision makers at the Executive, Category, and Store levels.
  • Experience managing and overseeing category/brand managers. 
  • Account management experience in CPG, food, ingredient, beverage, retail, distribution or any other relevant industry sectors. 
  • A proven track record of Sales and Customer Service experience.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills. 
  • Knowledge of import and export processes, regulations and requirements, purchasing, and packaging regulations for CPG is preferred. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to learn nuances of the supply chain and industry. 
  • Exceptional business communication and presentation skills.
  • A professional, positive, and flexible attitude. 
  • Enthusiastic team player.
  • Superior customer service skills.
