Salary: $110,000 - $170,000 (Based on experience)

Job Duties:
• Oversee and develop a high-performing team, assigning staff to projects and monitoring quality and progress.
• Lead and contribute to large, complex proposals and projects, ensuring successful client outcomes.
• Manage group performance metrics, including billability, productivity, and budgets.
• Enhance client trust by maintaining and improving organizational processes.
• Drive knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous learning initiatives within the team.
Qualifications:
• Experienced professional with 8-10+ years in utility distribution engineering (e.g., 4kV – 34kV systems).
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (MBA, PMP, or MSEE a plus).
• PE license is required.
• Skilled in managing complex projects, team leadership, and client relations.
• Proficient in technical, managerial, and communication tasks, including staff development, proposal writing, and project management.
