Director of Warehouse Operations 
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to oversee our warehouse operations across the western U.S. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive efficiency, safety, and compliance while building best-in-class processes and teams. From inventory control and 3PL management to space optimization and continuous improvement, you’ll shape how our warehouses run today—and how they grow tomorrow.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead day-to-day operations across multiple West region warehouses.
  • Partner with internal teams and 3PLs to ensure accuracy, speed, and compliance.
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse layouts, and capital projects.
  • Develop teams, KPIs, and reporting tools (Power BI) to optimize performance.
  • Champion food safety, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in warehouse/logistics leadership (multi-site preferred).
  • Proven experience with 3PLs, WMS systems, and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
