Job Description
- The position will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content for social media platforms, developing digital and print publications, and maintaining consistent branding across all company materials. They will also handle the internal company website, assist with marketing initiatives, and help organize company events. Proficiency in graphic design, including Adobe Creative Cloud, content creation, and experience with social media management are essential for this role.
- Develop and maintain a social media calendar.
- Create and schedule posts, and engage with followers to build and grow our social media community.
- Write and design compelling content for blogs, emails, and case studies that align with our content strategy and SEO goals, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Help create digital and print materials like catalogs, manuals, and brochures.
- Design and update various company materials including instruction manuals, forms, presentations, signage, digital boards, and labels.
- Assist in creating video content and motion graphics.
- Ensure all internal communications align with company brand guidelines.
- Regularly update the internal company website.
- Support the marketing team and contribute to various marketing initiatives as needed.
- Help organize and coordinate company events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven ability to create engaging content for blogs, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience managing social media accounts, with knowledge of platform-specific strategies to boost engagement and generate leads.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
