Job Summary: 

Design custom Cartridge heating elements based on customer requirements. Responsible for creating and maintaining drawings, and monitoring the manufacturing processes of the product to help facilitate the highest level of quality at the most optimal production rate & eliminate all problems and issues that may arise with the design.

Job Duties:

• Design Cartridge heating element based on the customer’s requirements and/or drawings
• Create manufacturing drawings and release orders into production
• Resolve production issues and problems
• Maintain files and drawings of all designs to ISO 9001:2015 requirements
• Provide technical support to customers, sales team
• Assist customers with new projects
• Evaluation of customer returns as required
• Product testing and validation
• Maintain raw material drawings and specifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree required with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Working knowledge of 2D software and Microsoft Office required
• Three to five years of related experience required
• 3-D Modeling experience using Solid Works software preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and practices preferred
• Knowledge of sheet metal design and programming preferred
• Knowledge of Basic Electrical circuits preferred
• Ability to work under pressure in challenging projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving ability and project management skills
• Ability to maintain multiple projects at one time
