Job Summary:
  • As a Senior Design Engineer, you will lead the design and development of custom heaters, oversee sheet metal programming, and ensure the highest standards in manufacturing quality and efficiency. Your role will involve solving complex design challenges and collaborating with clients to optimize production processes.

Job Duties:
  • Design and develop custom heaters based on client specifications and technical drawings.
  • Create detailed manufacturing drawings and approve production orders.
  • Program sheet metal components and oversee their manufacturing processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients on new project initiatives, calculations, and technical support.
  • Conduct research on raw materials and maintain updated drawings and specifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a relevant industry.
  • Proficiency in 2D design software and SolidWorks for 3D modeling.
  • Strong understanding of electrical circuits and sheet metal design principles.
