Design Engineer
Job Description
Location: Dunlap, IN
- Build and maintain relationships with operating companies and innovation teams.
- Lead project scoping and ensure timely, high-quality implementation with a focus on speed and risk management.
- Oversee design and release of engineering drawings for product/process improvements.
- Design RV sub-systems, equipment, and materials for new products and processes.
- Create 3D models and support prototype builds from concept to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Identify process and design improvements, and support operational training.
- Provide regular project status updates and contribute to operational improvements.
- Manufacturing/production experience is a must
- Self-starter
- Experience working with vendors and/or being customer-facing
- SolidWorks experience
- Comfortability handling project management work
