Job Responsibilities:

Utilize your existing knowledge gained from the metal casting industry to develop innovative solutions that enhance our customer's processes.
Focus on green sand or no-bake processes as the primary areas of expertise.
Create and modify engineering drawings that adhere to our company's methods, ensuring accurate and clear definitions for manufacturing equipment and parts.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of engineering design, analysis, CAD, manufacturing, and the specialized equipment.
Collaborate with Sales and other departments to deliver competitive and precise proposals to our customers.
Play an active role in the development of new market initiatives and support existing marketing strategies.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization by streamlining designs, eliminating unnecessary expenses, and enhancing overall group efficiency.
Embrace technology to maximize productivity and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
Adhere to the Company's ISO objectives, policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Prior experience in engineering, especially in designing capital industrial equipment, is advantageous.
Willingness to occasionally travel onsite for process evaluations, field measurements, commissioning, etc.
Proficiency in computer-aided design systems, preferably with experience in AutoCAD, Inventor, and Vault.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to logically and comprehensively analyze and resolve challenges.
Familiarity with basic business concepts and the capacity to effectively respond to customer requests.
