Title: Customer Service & Sales Support Representative
Location:  Addison, IL (Full-Time, In-Office)    
Pay Rate: $50K-$70K DOE

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support and issue resolution for corporate customers, including major national retailers, restaurants, distributors, and other agencies.
  • Handle calls from the public regarding products purchased at retailers, offering timely and accurate answers or solutions.
  • Manage the order process from entry to customer receipt, coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time and in-full deliveries and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Perform heavy data entry and processing across various internal/external systems, including Excel.
  • Support the sales team and perform general office duties as needed.
  • Assist with additional tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of B2B Customer Service or relevant experience preferred.
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word and Advanced Excel) required; experience with NetSuite and online customer systems like Retail Link is a plus but not required.
  • Superior data entry skills (35+ WPM with high accuracy).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
