Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Help develop procedures and tools to note and record Customer Site situations
  • Manage the Customer Contact Database
  • Keep our MRP system ‘up to date’ with latest Customer and Sales documentation status
  • Assist in creating Sales Estimates and Proposals utilizing existing resources and forms
  • Respond to Customer inquiries; forwarding them to the proper person when appropriate
  • Monitor Progress of Jobs currently on order as requested

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years’ experience customer service
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Sales experience is preferred
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Blueprint reading experience
