We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams. In this role, you will interface with customers by phone and in person to resolve issues related to product status, repairs, and replacements. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or product support environment.
Job Duties:
- Communicate with customers to resolve product-related problems or issues.
- Escalate technical and functional matters as needed and support complaint investigations.
- Monitor status of customer product commitments and follow up on open items.
- Expedite product repairs and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Research parts replacements and support service and repair activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to customer issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective customer support.
- Support departmental goals and service level targets.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–5+ years of related customer support experience depending on level (Coordinator I, II, or III).
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Excellent telephone and customer communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to read and interpret procedures, instructions, and documentation.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations including rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with limited standardization.
