Job Description

Title:  Customer Service Coordinator 
Location: Chicago, IL 60632
Rate: $20/hr 
Hours: 6AM - 3PM

Job Duties:
  • Communicate with customer service regarding customer request including 
    1. Expedite requests
    2. Changes and order cancellations 
    3. Delivery information 
    4. Lead – times for potential orders 
  • Produce daily production schedule based on customer requirements, capacity restraints, manufacturing standards, material availability and distribute daily work orders to Final Assembly Supervisors.
  • Update Fabrication schedule with needed components due to 
    1. Short lead- time coming out of Queue
    2. Inventory adjustments
    3. BOM errors or other changes to orders
    4. Parts orders

  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook
