Job Description

Title: Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Northbrook, IL 
Salary: $70k-$75k/yr 
up to 15% domestic travel 
Hire Type: Direct Hire


Job Duties:
  • Manages and tracks contracts for customer
  • Creates and monitors POs. 
  • Order print from APC or other outside companies. 
  • Schedule production. 
  • Maintain and/or verify inventory accuracy. 
  • Maintain customer forecasts. 
  • Simplify the reports. 
  • Schedule shipments or ensure shipments are properly scheduled. 
  • Travel to customer location quarterly for customer experience sessions. 
  •  Develop and maintain customer experience scorecards.

Qualifications:
  • Customer focused experience, with the ability to push projects forward while maintaining a positive experience for the customer. 
  • Customer visit travel on an as needed basis is required; 10% to 15% travel. 
  • Customer interface: 3-5 years (Required). 
  • Respond timely and professionally to customer needs and requests. 
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain function (i.e., processing PO’s, scheduling/planning, inventory accuracy etc.) is required. 
  • Proficient with MS Office (i.e., Excel). 
  • Prior experience with CRM (i.e., Sales Force or other related products). 
  • Excellent Communication Skills
