Job Duties:
- Collaborates closely with the outside sales team to drive revenue growth by proactively engaging with customers, following up on quotes, and converting opportunities into sales.
- Partner with the Outside Sales Team to identify opportunities and drive aftermarket sales growth.
- Proactively reach out to customers to follow up on quotes, close deals, and secure orders.
- Enter quotes and sales orders into our system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM and other platforms to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Act as the central point of contact between customers, regional sales, service teams, and internal departments.
- Manage and maintain strong, positive relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues quickly, including billing and accounts receivable concerns.
- Prepare and follow up on routine cost estimates and pricing requests.
- Handle customer returns, adjustments, and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Keep all account information accurate and organized for easy access and account monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Comfortable with CRM systems, order entry, and sales support processes
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, or account coordination
