Corporate HRIS Manager
Job Description
- Act as the primary contact for all HR technology platforms
- Offer technical support and guidance to HR staff, managers, and employees on system tools and capabilities
- Collaborate with IT, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Benefits to streamline integrations and improve cross-functional workflows
- Direct the setup, rollout, and long-term administration of HRIS systems
- Maintain accurate, compliant HR data and uphold system integrity
- Oversee security settings, permissions, and workflow structures
- Build, update, and distribute reporting and analytics to inform decision-making and compliance efforts
- Lead and support the HRIS team’s work and development
- Stay current on HR technology trends to identify opportunities for upgrades, new tools, and process improvements
- Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and best-practice guidelines for system use
- Manage external vendors and serve as the primary liaison for HR technology partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, HRIS, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HRIS management and HR leadership
- Hands-on experience with major HR platforms (Oracle, PeopleSoft, or Kenexa preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to partner across all levels
- High level of discretion, sound judgment, and commitment to confidentiality
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented capabilities
- HR certification strongly preferred
