As a Controls Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of controls systems for our projects. This is a contract position, and we are offering a competitive pay rate of $55-$65 per hour, depending on your experience and expertise.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
Utilize Allen Bradley PLC programming skills to develop and implement control strategies.
Take a lead role in machine debugging and commissioning activities.
Create and optimize control system programming during the initial weeks of the project.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in Allen Bradley PLC programming is essential.
Strong background in machine debugging and commissioning.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contract role with the potential for extension based on project needs.
