As a Controls Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in working with automation systems for the food industry. Job Responsibilities:
  • Program control systems from scratch using Allen-Bradley controls
  • Design and implement efficient control solutions for cartoning machines and pie crust machinery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to control systems
  • Optimize system performance and implement process improvements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to industry standards and best practices
  • Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in control systems and automation technologies

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 1+ Years of experience in a controls engineer role and/or manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in programming Allen-Bradley control systems
  • Strong knowledge of control system design, programming, and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Full-time, on-site position (no remote work)

Salary: $80,000- $115,000 for direct hire, depending on experience
Contract-to-hire options may be considered for candidates with less than 2-years of experience
