Responsibilities:
Lead the engineering efforts in designing advanced controls systems, including robotics, vision systems, SCADA applications, and high-level languages.

Manage projects for cost, quality, timing, and customer satisfaction.

Implement design and workflow improvements to enhance innovation.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with controllers, ladder logic, electrical devices, and peripheral equipment.

Perform machine power-up, debug, and programming to ensure equipment meets specifications.

Provide leadership in evaluating problems, determining corrective actions, and developing root cause analyses.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field OR Associates degree with 2+ years of experience.

5+ years of experience in controls engineering.

Skills:
Experience with PLC's, HMI's, Robotics, Mechatronics, Motion Control, Vision Systems, and/or Programming.

Ability to lead and manage simultaneous or large projects.

Proficiency in CAD, specifically AutoCAD Electrical.

Additional Details:
Up to 35% travel to customer sites and other locations may be required.

Represent the organization in communications and conferences.

Lead teams, influence project direction, and serve as a technical expert in the department.
