- Manage and oversee all financial operations for the manufacturing facility
- Track and analyze inventory costs, materials, labor, and production costs
- Develop and maintain financial scorecards and key performance indicators
- Provide strategic financial guidance to plant management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with regulations
- Conduct regular floor walks to maintain direct communication with production teams
- Interface with corporate finance team and plant management
- Implement and maintain cost control measures
- Support growth initiatives and expansion planning
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive or high-volume production
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record of proactive problem-solving
- Experience with manufacturing cost accounting and inventory management
