Overview of Role:
  • Motivating and developing staff through performance management and training initiatives.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implementing proactive maintenance programs to optimize resource utilization and enhance plant reliability.
  • Prioritizing safety as a core value and fostering a culture of safety among staff.
  • Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience Needed:

  • Bachelors in Engineering/Technical Related field
  • Experience in a lead/supervisory level operations/production/manufacturing role
