Sterling has partnered with a growing company in the renewable energy space on bringing in an Operations Supervisor in the Munster, In area. This person will oversee, and lead continuous improvement projects, the perfect role for a change agent.

$$: 95k-120k

Overview of Role:
  • Motivating and developing staff through performance management and training initiatives.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implementing proactive maintenance programs to optimize resource utilization and enhance plant reliability.
  • Prioritizing safety as a core value and fostering a culture of safety among staff.
  • Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience Needed:

  • Bachelors in Engineering/Technical Related field
  • Experience in a lead/supervisory level operations/production/manufacturing role
  • Experience in continuous improvement
  • Ability to be on-site everyday
