Job Title: Lean/CI Manager

Location: Caldwell, WI

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay Range: $110-$124k

We are seeking a Lean/CI Manager to continuously improve our Lean Enterprise through the systematic application of Lean Enterprise tools and completion of assigned projects. The Lean/CI Manager will train the workforce on problem-solving, CI tools, and other lean concepts, lead lean pilot groups, and facilitate cross-functional CI teams on total cost issues.

Responsibilities:

• Train workforce on problem-solving, CI tools, and other lean concepts.
• Lead lean pilot groups and facilitate cross-functional CI teams.
• Identify, prioritize and leverage opportunities.
• Justify new capital equipment expenditures.
• Track A3 progress, cost savings and other plant improvement actions.
• Coordinate preparation and planning for the site's 20 Keys objective.
• Interface with regional operations CI group for external support.
• Assist in preparation of the site's yearly cost savings and improvement plan.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred technical background with 10 plus years of experience in manufacturing.
• Versatile in Lean and Six Sigma principles, BB or LBB certified preferred.
• Good communicator.
• Highly motivated and can work from own initiative within broadly scoped position.
• Proven influencing ability and leadership qualities; Team player.

Reporting:

The Lean/CI Manager will report directly to the site Director of Manufacturing with a dotted line to the regional CI Director.
