- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities related to stay cable installation.
- Oversee the installation of fire protection systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Manage the lifting and installation of pipes, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor on major construction projects, particularly involving bridge construction.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with stay cable installations, fire protection systems, and pipe lifting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
- Excellent understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
