Hire Type: Long Term Contract, Onsite
Target Pay Range: $55.00 - $60.00/hour (W2)

Job Summary: 
A leading global healthcare manufacturer is seeking a Site Engineer to support a large-scale nutrition plant construction project. This role provides on-site oversight of engineering, quality, and safety activities, ensuring contractor compliance with project specifications and standards.

Job Duties:
  • Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design plans, quality standards, and safety requirements
  • Conduct QA/QC inspections and document findings to support project compliance
  • Collaborate with general contractors, safety managers, and project engineers to address issues promptly
  • Ensure all construction activities meet applicable regulatory, environmental, and company standards
  • Support project reporting, progress tracking, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications:
  • 10–15 years of experience in construction or site engineering (industrial/manufacturing projects preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of construction QA/QC processes, site inspections, and safety protocols
  • Proven experience supporting large capital construction projects
  • Familiarity with GMP and FDA-regulated environments a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and contractor management skills
