Job Summary:
A leading global healthcare manufacturer is seeking a Site Engineer to support a large-scale nutrition plant construction project. This role provides on-site oversight of engineering, quality, and safety activities, ensuring contractor compliance with project specifications and standards.
Job Duties:
- Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design plans, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Conduct QA/QC inspections and document findings to support project compliance
- Collaborate with general contractors, safety managers, and project engineers to address issues promptly
- Ensure all construction activities meet applicable regulatory, environmental, and company standards
- Support project reporting, progress tracking, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 10–15 years of experience in construction or site engineering (industrial/manufacturing projects preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction QA/QC processes, site inspections, and safety protocols
- Proven experience supporting large capital construction projects
- Familiarity with GMP and FDA-regulated environments a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Excellent communication, documentation, and contractor management skills
