Construction Project Manager
Job Description
Location: Aurora, IL (Onsite – No relocation offered)
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $90,000–$100,000

- Manage multiple seismic design projects from initiation through completion
- Oversee engineering deliverables related to seismic bracing for MEP systems
- Manage submittals, schedules, material releases, and project documentation
- Process subcontracts, purchase orders, and invoices
- Develop and maintain project-specific schedules of values
- Coordinate with sales teams, vendors, contractors, engineers, and field crews
- Track project progress, budgets, and profit/loss reporting
- Provide technical support and develop expertise in seismic products
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Degree in Construction Project Management or minimum 3 years of experience in construction management, coordination, or a supervisory role
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Solid understanding of construction methods and materials
- Proficient in MS Office and cloud-based project management tools
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Collaborative, customer-focused, and detail-oriented
