Job Description
Location: Philadelphia/Delaware/Chester Counties, PA
Hire Type: Contract to Hire
Salary: $19–22/hour

- Develop plans for the replacement of electric distribution poles in accordance with Pennsylvania Electric Company (PEC) standards.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate existing pole conditions and identify replacement requirements, including pole height, load capacity, and environmental considerations.
- Collaborate with pole leads and supervisors to ensure successful execution of replacement projects.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including design specifications, progress updates, and compliance reports.
- Must be local to the Philadelphia/Delaware/Chester Counties area to perform field visits.
- Motivated, adaptable, positive-minded, and collaborative.
- Preferred experience with:

- MicroStation
- Bluebeam
- Asset Suite 8 (AS8)
- GIS
- Katapult
