Title: Civil Engineer
Location:Houston, TX

Compensation: 90-110k

Responsibilities 
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and technical leaders to advance engineering designs and improve processes
  • Prepare proposals and estimate engineering hours for projects of varying size and complexity
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout all phases of engineering and design
  • Apply technical expertise to develop designs that meet specifications and regulatory requirements
  • Provide guidance and technical direction to engineers, drafters, and designers
  • Perform technical analyses and work directly with clients to keep projects aligned with goals and schedules
  • Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools such as Microsoft Copilot, custom AI workflows, and IT-supported innovation initiatives to enhance efficiency
  • Partner with the Digital Transformation Team to support new tool integration and employee-driven improvement ideas
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university (Civil or Mechanical preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience with pipeline and/or facility projects
  • Experience designing or managing high-pressure gas projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) registration
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam
