Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a talented team of architects and engineers to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.
  • Create detailed construction documents and design plans that meet rigorous standards and code requirements.
  • Actively participate in client meetings and design reviews, effectively communicating complex technical information.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Strong experience in utilizing industry-standard software for construction document preparation.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality construction documents for commercial building projects.
  • A proactive and assertive approach to problem-solving, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • A strong work ethic and a dedication to continuous professional development, including pursuing licensure.
  • Prior experience in healthcare-related projects is a plus.
