Hire Type: Contract to Hire

Job Duties:
  • · Lead and support the design of diverse civil engineering projects—including site layout, grading, earthwork, stormwater systems, septic, sanitary sewer, water, and erosion/sediment control
    · Conduct field investigations to assess and document existing site conditions
    · Prepare design submission packages for review and approval by regulatory agencies
    · Assist with permitting processes at local, state, and federal levels
    · Develop as-built drawings and finalize documentation upon project completion
    · Interpret and apply all relevant codes and regulations
    · Draft clear, concise technical specifications
    · Visit client sites as needed to support project delivery and attend meetings

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an ABET-accredited program
    · 4–8 years of hands-on design experience in site/civil engineering
    · EIT certification or eligibility to obtain within 6 months
    · Strong AutoCAD skills (Civil 3D experience is a big plus!)
    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
