Hire Type:  Direct hire

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work on challenging assignments that include investigating, troubleshooting, and solving a wide variety of civil engineering related issues.
2. Act as a team lead in the coordination of detailed design phases for all aspects of Civil Design work.
3. Negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with sub- consultants, and clients.
4. Perform and/or oversee designs for underground and overhead powers installations.
5. Lead efforts to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.
6. Research available equipment and proven pre-engineered systems to utilize for the execution of required project designs.
7. Prepare reports and studies that present technical information in a clear and concise manner and meet client requirements.
8. Perform independent reviews of work performed by others including calculations and drawing preparation

Qualifications:

1. Associate of Applied Science degree (AAS) and Certification in AutoCAD
2. 5-10 years of experience

Essential Skills:

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
