Target Pay Range:  $60.00 - $70.00/hour (W2, with employee benefits)

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple facility-related capital projects within a manufacturing environment. This person will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through execution, ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality and compliance standards. This role requires expertise in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and architectural systems, as well as experience collaborating with A/E firms, permitting authorities, and construction teams.

Job Duties:
  • Lead project planning, execution, and closeout for multiple capital projects.
  • Oversee HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and architectural project components.
  • Coordinate with architectural and engineering (A/E) firms to finalize designs and construction plans.
  • Manage permitting and regulatory approvals to ensure compliance with local and industry standards.
  • Work closely with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks, issues, and scope changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to leadership and project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • Project management experience in capital projects, specifically in facilities, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and architectural systems.
  • Strong knowledge of A/E coordination, permitting, construction management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
