Calibration Technician
Job Description
Location: North Chicago, IL
- Perform calibrations on products and customer instruments.
- Identify measurement errors and calculate uncertainties.
- Prepare detailed calibration reports.
- Communicate with customers to resolve technical issues.
- Assist with measurement and traceability questions.
- High school diploma or military training preferred.
- At least 2+ years of Metrology and/or Calibration experience needed.
- Knowledge of measurement practices and quality systems (ISO 17025, ANSI/Z540-1).
- Analytical skills for interpreting schematics and calibration procedures.
- Excellent communication and team skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
