Job Description
Location: Chicago, IL (60626)
- Translate blueprints into CNC machine code.
- Use Solid Edge for 2D/3D modeling.
- Develop tooling standards.
- Program robotic equipment.
- Stay updated on CNC tech trends.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and machinists.
- Perform data tasks with Oracle and 3DX.
- CNC/CAM certificate (in progress or completed).
- 3+ years in metal cutting.
- 1+ year offline programming (ESPRIT preferred).
- 6+ months robotic programming.
- Proficient in Solid Edge or equivalent CAD.
- Ability to read blueprints and machine code.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Some travel may be required.
