Job Description

Position: Spring Coiling Engineering Technician 

Hourly Rate: $35hr - $45hr (Dependent on experience) 

Hours/Shift: 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri

Location: Mundelein, IL (Relocation offered) 

Hire Type: Direct Hire, hourly with full benefits

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and program CNC coiling and winding machinery
  • Set up and maintain equipment for optimal performance
  • Ensure quality control and precision in manufacturing processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Monitor production efficiency and output
  • Follow clean room protocols and safety procedures
  • Train and mentor other team members as needed
  • Maintain detailed documentation of processes and procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams
Requirements:
  • Minimally 4+ years experience working with CNC Spring Coiling machinery
