Job Description
- Administration of CMMS software and open tickets
- Receive and process incoming work orders, reprioritize as needed.
- Schedule, track and follow up on preventative maintenance tasks
- Keep accurate inventory of parts. Add parts and equipment to CMMS database
- Follow up on completed tasks. Ensure proper documentation and close cases.
- Build a knowledgebase.
- Build custom reports.
- Obtain training and read manuals of new equipment; build checklists and add preventative maintenance scheduled assignments within Hippo CMMS
- Perform job duties as assigned: preventative maintenance tasks and break fix on equipment.
- Order parts and communicate with vendors.
- Develop daily/monthly maintenance checklists.
- Update maintenance procedures.
- Responsible to gain in-depth knowledge on all production and facilities equipment.
- Read and fully understand equipment service manuals.
- Develop preventative maintenance schedules.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to pay close attention to detail.

- Bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience working in a maintenance role including user or administrator of CMMS software.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to work changing hours and possibly night shift for 6 weeks.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
