Job Description

This is a Direct hire 1st shift role
$21-$24 per hour

Job Responsibilities
  1. Administration of CMMS software and open tickets
    1. Receive and process incoming work orders, reprioritize as needed.
    2. Schedule, track and follow up on preventative maintenance tasks
    3. Keep accurate inventory of parts.   Add parts and equipment to CMMS database  
    4. Follow up on completed tasks.  Ensure proper documentation and close cases.
    5. Build a knowledgebase.
    6. Build custom reports.
    7. Obtain training and read manuals of new equipment; build checklists and add preventative maintenance scheduled assignments within Hippo CMMS
  2. Perform job duties as assigned: preventative maintenance tasks and break fix on equipment. 
  3. Order parts and communicate with vendors. 
  4. Develop daily/monthly maintenance checklists.
  5. Update maintenance procedures. 
  6. Responsible to gain in-depth knowledge on all production and facilities equipment.  
  7. Read and fully understand equipment service manuals. 
  8. Develop preventative maintenance schedules.
  9. Other duties as assigned. 
 
What You Should Have: 
  1. Strong organizational skills a must!
  2. Ability to pay close attention to detail.
  3. Strong computer skills. 
  4. Logical thinker.
  5. Team player / works well with others.   
  6. Bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent is preferred. 
  7. 3-5 years of experience working in a maintenance role including user or administrator of CMMS software.
  8. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. 
  9. Ability to work changing hours and possibly night shift for 6 weeks. 
  10. Ability to work overtime. 
  11. Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
  12. Excellent communication skills.
  13. Ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
