Job Description
Sterling Engineering is working with a manufacturing company in the Elkhorn, WI area on bringing in a New Product Development Engineer to join their team. This is a fitting role for any engineer that wants to take part in complex, NPD projects.
Location: Near Elkhorn
$$: 80-100k
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new products utilizing advanced modeling tools and engineering principles
- Utilize CAD (Computer Aided Design), CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) to model
- Analyze new materials, technologies, and processes to evaluate functionalities for all new product development or improvement of existing products.
- Comply with Design Control and Stage-Gate processes while designing prototypes and products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years involved in New Product Development
- Strong in CAD (Inventor preferred)
