Job Summary:
A well-established engineering firm is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join their CAD department. This role will focus on developing project plans and exhibits for municipal projects related to water, sewer, and roadway infrastructure.

Job Duties:
  • Prepare civil engineering plans for infrastructure projects.
  • Assist in the planning and design of roadways, underground utilities, stormwater systems, and site development projects.
  • Support project managers and engineers in drafting and revising technical drawings.
  • Stay up to date with the latest CAD technology and client-specific requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree or certificate in drafting technology or a related field.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D (MicroStation experience is a plus).
  • 2-5 years of experience in preparing plans, profiles, cross-sections, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Familiarity with state and local agency requirements is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
