CAD Administrator
Location: Crystal Lake, IL
Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 (experience-dependent)

As a CAD Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Engineering team by managing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CAD software. Your responsibilities will include:
Assist in installing and configuring Engineering software, collaborating with a test group for version updates every two years.

Maintain Engineering computers, install updates, and ensure general operations.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for the Engineering team.

Manage engineering standard models, Autocad, and Inventor customizations.

Update CAD models and drawings, and maintain drawing templates.

Onboard new hires with training, update documentation, and assist end users with various tasks.

Log Help Desk activity and create self-help training materials.

Experience Requirements:
Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

One to two years of experience in AutoCAD, Inventor, Navisworks, and Revit.

One to two years of Help Desk experience.

Knowledge of Autodesk Product Suite, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with MS Domain Environment, Network technologies, Ethernet, and Wireless.
