Location: Hanover Park, IL
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Shift/Hours: 1st, 8am – 5pm (Onsite)
Base Salary:$60-80K

- Issue RFQs and process purchase orders for raw materials, goods, and MRO supplies
- Negotiate with vendors to secure best pricing, terms, and delivery timelines
- Support engineering and sales teams by obtaining competitive quotes
- Monitor and manage raw material inventory and monthly cycle counts
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve shortages and quality issues
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers to ensure consistent material availability
- Track supplier performance and conduct evaluations and audits as needed
- Drive cost savings and process improvements across purchasing functions
- Assist Accounts Payable with invoice discrepancies
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business or Supply Chain Management ideal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Prior manufacturing industry experience is a plus
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working across departments and with external suppliers
