Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Maintenance Electrician.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance, industrial wiring, HVAC, and plumbing. This role requires the ability to take direction from supervisors and a willingness to learn our unique environment.

Job Duties:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors.
  • Handle industrial wiring tasks, including working with electrical systems up to 480V.
  • Conduct HVAC and plumbing maintenance and repairs at all levels.
  • Install and repair electrical conduit and wiring.
  • Perform carpentry tasks as needed.
  • Assist in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on an occasional basis.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in building maintenance.
  • Experience with industrial wiring, HVAC, and plumbing.
  • Preferred experience in conduit and wiring.
  • Carpentry skills at some level preferred.
  • Mechanical and electrical experience for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the company's specific maintenance environment.
