PLC Technician
Job Description
- Install PLC's (Panasonic, Omron, Siemens, ABB, IDEC) and vision cameras (Keyence, Cognex) into production and packaging equipment.
- Troubleshooting PLC's and light modification of PLC programs.
- Some industrial wiring tasks, including working with electrical systems up to 480V.
- Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Conduct maintenance and repairs at all levels.
- Other related duties.
- Prior experience installing and maintaining PLC's and/or HMI's.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the company's specific maintenance environment.
