Building Maintenance Electrician
Job Description
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Handle industrial wiring tasks, including working with electrical systems up to 480V.
- Conduct HVAC and plumbing maintenance and repairs at all levels.
- Install and repair electrical conduit and wiring.
- Perform carpentry tasks as needed.
- Assist in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on an occasional basis.
- Proven experience in building maintenance.
- Experience with industrial wiring, HVAC, and plumbing.
- Preferred experience in conduit and wiring.
- Carpentry skills at some level preferred.
- Mechanical and electrical experience for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the company's specific maintenance environment.
