The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes, and supporting the accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Invoices & Payments: Manage invoicing, process payments, and monitor accounts receivable to maintain positive cash flow.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
