- Serve as the primary point of contact for the maintenance team and other departments.
- Support the Senior Maintenance Manager by coordinating schedules and handling administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with staff at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding company and departmental information.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A high school diploma is required; a two-year degree in project management or a related technical field is a plus.
