Overview: 
Join a cutting-edge medical manufacturing facility as an Automation Technician! Work with state-of-the-art assembly lines in a clean room environment, troubleshooting and maintaining high-speed machinery. Excellent pay and shift differentials available, with opportunities for rapid advancement.

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs on automated assembly lines 
  • Maintain and adjust mechanical components of production machinery 
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics 
  • Work with pneumatic systems 
  • Ensure proper functioning of high-speed manufacturing equipment 
  • Adhere to clean room protocols and safety standards 
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency 
  • Identify and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime 
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment 
  • Document maintenance activities and equipment performance

Requirements: 
  • 2-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or related field 
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems 
  • Familiarity with PLCs and automated manufacturing environments 
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation and schematics
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred

Shifts & Schedule available: 
  • 6am-6pm (Days) 
  • 2/2/3 schedule 
  • Pay range: $28-$38/hour based on experience
